Product Description
Flat bottom plastic bag pouch machinery Horizontal Seal Heating and Cooling Device:
The transverse packaging device consists of seven sets of transverse heater components and two sets of cooling components lying on the rack guide surface of the fuselage wall plate.
The base lifting knife is mechanically driven by the main motor. Each component adjusts the longitudinal position according to the rack guide handwheel and is equipped with locking device.
(1) The transverse heater assembly is composed of upper and lower base, electric heating plate, heat sealing knife and parts locking handle.
It is convenient to replace heat sealing knife of different width according to need, and adjustable screw and heat sealing knife can be installed to adjust the position left and right.
(2) Pipeline cooling plate is installed on the upper and lower bases of the cooling module, and the height of the cooling plate is the same as that of the heater module after installing the hot sealing and scalding knife.
(3) Sealing pressure is regulated by high-pressure springs mounted on the lateral sides of the upper arm plate.

Skip mode : twice to ninety-nine times .
Selectivity : feeding without movement , upper & lower regulating trimmer can be selected.
Message alert : lost of photoelectricity , warping alarm ,servomotor alarm ,tension alarm and auto-switch off the machine .
